Welcome to TorontoVPS.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which together govern the relationship between you and QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited, operating as Host4Fun and TorontoVPS.com ("Host4Fun", "TorontoVPS.com", "we", "us", or "our").

By using any Host4Fun / TorontoVPS.com products or services, you ("you", "your", "Client", "Customer", or "Subscriber") agree to comply with all policies, rules, and guidelines set forth herein.

The terms "QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited", "Host4Fun", "TorontoVPS.com", "we", or "us" refer to the owner of this website, whose registered office is located at: 5-2-2, Vangatasubbu Complex, Anjal Nagar 2nd Street, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Host4Fun reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content on this website is provided for general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of any information or materials provided. Your use of any information or materials is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from declined transactions due to card limits or authorization failures.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Best effort. Uptime target: 99%.

3. Data Backup

TorontoVPS.com / Host4Fun does not provide automatic data backup by default. Backup services are available as a paid add-on and are performed manually. Once a VPS or web hosting service is terminated, data recovery is not possible. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

Child pornography is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. Phishing, scam, or shock content is forbidden. You may not host copyrighted material without proper authorization.

6. Network, Routing & Bandwidth

Network connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific network routes, latency, throughput, or performance to any geographic location or international destination. Routing paths are determined by our upstream carriers and peering partners.

Optimal or direct routing between the Client's local ISP and our network is not guaranteed. If you are unable to connect due to local ISP restrictions, firewalls (e.g. GFW), or regional network limitations, you are not eligible for a refund.

If your allocated bandwidth is exhausted, your service will be suspended until the billing cycle resets or additional bandwidth is purchased.

PayPal and all transaction fees are non-refundable. Any approved refund is subject to 25%–30% deployment/payment fees in addition to non-refundable transaction charges. We offer a 24-hour refund window only for Shared Web Hosting and VPS with a valid reason.

If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed service level, you may request service credits in accordance with the schedule below:

Service credits are not applied automatically. To be eligible, a request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the reported downtime.

Support is not available 24/7. Tickets are typically answered within one working day (usually within 1–4 hours). Accounts subject to manual verification must provide requested documents — failure to do so will result in termination and may incur service charges.

13. DMCA & Copyright

Upon receipt of any DMCA or copyright complaint, it will be forwarded to you. You must immediately remove the infringing content or your service will be terminated.

14. Breach of Terms

If you violate these Terms of Service, Host4Fun / TorontoVPS.com may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking access, contacting your ISP, or initiating legal proceedings.
